You apply online and are asked to complete an assessment. This is followed by a short phone interview where your availability is discussed along with some of the details provided on the application. Then an in person interview is arranged at the main dental office. The first part of the interview is a second online assessment. The second part is an interview with the office manager. If they like you, they usually ask you to stay for a working interview or to return later that week to do that part.
