Interview
Met the company at Rose-Hulman career fair.
Called and told me to complete a Java development quiz. Included building a hypothetical banking system in Java.
Came in for onsite interviews and talked to president, and 3 VP's. Enjoyed talking to the executives and management. They didn't ask me very difficult questions and were just trying to get a feel for who I am as a person. They are people centric.
The solution manager asked me the hardest questions including information about databases and my programming experiences.
I enjoyed talking to everyone and they extended an offer after a couple of weeks.

Interview
I went to their building and met with some of their lead developers. They asked me some technical questions and made sure that I knew my stuff. They were in need of someone to fill a position quickly so it went very smoothly.
