Horrible, The VP of Human Resources wasted my time and hers. She cut the interview short since i didn't have any direct reports under me. She should of seen that on my resume. If you have read the resume you would of known this! Not prepared for an interview is very discouraging, i wonder why the HR Manger you are replacing is leaving...
