AllerAir Industries interview questions

It was fine. I was hired on the spot. No intense interview, no reference checking. They're happy with what they can get and afford. Just asked a few questions and made sure I had the drive to work there.

It was one phone call then an in person interview. Lasted 1.5 hours basic marketing and hr related questions. The interview was with the ceo of the company and it was an easy interview but the space of the company seemed very cramped up and I don't know how people work there but good location off the highway
