Multiple interviews, feedback after said interview didn't seem to correspond with what I heard from the recruiter after the fact. Will be multiple remote interviews, and a test they make you take before they'll interview you.

You are asked to pretend to troubleshoot issues with the interviewer acting as the customer. In the scenario you have no computer/remote access and had to diagnose the firewall DHCP failing.
