First, I want to apologize for the delay in us responding to this. I am seeing this now for the first time and while ignorance is no excuse, I am sorry that we did not respond sooner.
Second, I want to apologize further for the experience you felt with us through this process. When we work with a recruiter who brings us a candidate, we work with the recruiter directly rather than with the candidate directly. We're usually very quick to respond to recruiters about candidates they bring and provide sufficient feedback, because even if they aren't the right candidate for us - if there are things they could improve for future interviews, we want to help in any way we can there.
Regardless, we have always defaulted to the recruiter to communicate with the candidate about this feedback and whether we want to continue with the process or not. I am sorry that you did not receive those answers either way, because the experience you had was not right and not how we would want anyone to feel about the process.
I appreciate you taking the time to provide us this feedback and I will be sure that this is reviewed with our team and partners/recruiters.
Thank you,
Sara
