Sent in resume on line and I heard back very quickly (2-3 days). Needed to interview quickly and they were accomodating. The interview was very thorough - more detail questions about the job and very little about my project management skills.

First round screening with recruiter went well. Received an email inviting me to the second round but it was actually titled as a different role and to a different candidate…. So they sent me that on accident. Didn’t hear a rejection until next day. Overall feel this should be better organized in whatever system they’re using since this was a bit disheartening.
