Interview
HR reached out for an initial phone interview. Afterwards they set up a phone interview with the Director of IT and the QA manager. If you do well there then you're provided a 24-hour coding challenge. Again, if you pass this then you've got one final interview with Director of IT, QA manager, Architect, and Senior developer. This final interview was the most difficult - there are lots of technical questions.

Interview
Got an email for a call, did a phone screen that mostly comprised of pitching me the company and it's history. Wasn't really asked any questions during the phone screen.

Question 1
Are you looking for a full time or part time position?
I believe this is meant for a different company. I don't have record of interviewing anyone for this position in New York, and our phone screens include many questions around initial fit with the company culture (not one of which is "are you looking for part-time or full-time").
