3. Sometimes 2nd round depending on the position or if Steve Pack hasn't met with candidate yet.
4. Decision Process
If an offer is presented they usually like to bring you in the office to do so. This gives them an opportunity to go over what they believe the 6,9,12 month plan is ahead and make sure the candidate is on the same page! They also like to take this opportunity to go over Benefits and answer any questions they candidate might have.
