Allied Technical Resources interview questions

I was contacted by the human resources representative of the company. The interview was set up within a week. The interview lasted about two hours. I was told that this company does not hire a contractor at all. I was more interested in a contractor position than a permanent employee. Therefore, I turned down this offer.
