Please tell us about a time you delivered outstanding customer service.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Allison Inn & Spa (Newberg, OR) in Dec 2017
Interview
I had two interviews. The first interview was with the Director of Rooms and Front Office Manager. They were more focused on my past work experience than anything else, but for the most part it was a positive experience.
The second interview was not really an interview, it was with the HR director and he only asked me a couple questions before offering me the job.
