It was good. Easy process and not too long of a process. The process took 1-2 weeks before I got an answer from the interview. Polite interviewer and not too difficult questions.

Case study was sent before the interview with four questions about metal 3d printing and post processing. Half was technical, half was about yourself, interest and motivation for applying. Was done online
Case study with questions sent before interview. You answer these as a discussion for the first half an hour. Then a small presentation you've prepared on a technical project followed by a Q&A
