Initial conversation with an outside recruitment firm where the recruiter had no idea what the actual job was (Lasalle Network - Emily S). Then interviewed by the HR manager who had a vague of what the actual job was. Once she asked the basic questions anyone who could answer she pushed me off to the hiring manager. Who was the most stereotypical “sales” person I've ever encountered. Ragged on anyone with a college degree (because he didn't have one) and asked the worst questions I've ever experienced. The grand finale was "sell me this pen". What are we, the wolf of Wall Street?? How could you ever determine someone’s worth buy such a remedial question. Then on top of it lacked feedback for 4* days after th interview. On top of it, C suite is supporting of the genocide in Gaza so wouldnt touch them wirh a four foot pole. Avoid at all cost. Waste of time and severe lack of talent at the sales space.
