First of all, I want to say this was one smoothest interview process. Their recruiter/HR was beyond amazing.
These are the rounds
Intro Call with Recruiter/HR: The company get to know you and you get to know the company. Both exchange pleasantries and some basic questions about the experience, and expectations.
Take-home Assessment: Take-home assessment related to your position. This was a core Node/Nest challenge, not a leet-code DS problem. The time written is two days but there is no rush. The recruiter was kind enough to tell me to take my time with assessment and I spent a few days on it and passed it.
Technical Round 1: With the backend lead or some senior engineer, They will ask core NodeJS questions and other theoretical questions about NodeJs such as event loop, and single threadedness. The interviewer was great he asked about my hobbies at the start and whenever I failed to answer a question he told me the correct answer and the logic behind it so it was a very good learning experience too. After 30mins of theoretical questions it is live coding that too about Js.
Technical Round 2 : Did not attempt
