After i did my typing, customer and speed test for my comp then i get a call from a recruiter and performed a short screening interview but then i got a call back to let me i had a full blown interview.

Super easy. Hiring recruiter was great and knew right off the bat they wanted to hire me. Only asked a couple questions; describe a time you had a difficult customer and how did you handle it. & describe a time you went above & beyond.

The phone interview was short and to the point.
Standard questions about experience, attitude, and availability.
Very informal with a good amount of "small talk" to ease any stressful feelings. Nice experience overall.
