The process was somewhat slow, with multiple follow-ups needed to get updates. After applying, I first had an initial screening call with the recruiter. I was told there would be a technical task round and to expect an email, but instead I was later scheduled for a hiring manager round focused on my CV, background, and role suitability.
After that, I received the technical task, which focused on algorithmic efficiency, asymptotic time complexity, and solution performance at millisecond-level considerations. The next stage was a panel interview covering a broad range of topics including coding, test scenarios, CI/CD, and Kubernetes.
I was informed after the panel round that I would not be progressing further to the remaining stages, which were described as a platform team interview and a 1:1 discussion with the CTO.
