Screening interview by HR was typical softball questions to make sure I wasn't insane. Had a one-on-one with Product Manager. The interviewer didn't have the business analyst skills required of his job. He was basically a project manager without the PMP. It made the interview a bit awkward. I was surprised I got called back for a third interview with the owner. Met with owner in his private offsite office. I experienced some anxiety when the owner told me he was also a certified business analyst. I confess the prior interviews made me a bit cocky. I think he could send I was anxious but once I got to taking we really were able to have a great interview. It was more of a conversation than an interview. It was clear to me that I got the job during the interview.
