Quick and pleasant. Sent my resume per email, got an answer within 5 days and interview within 10 days.
It was a skype interview, I was asked about my background, expectations etc.
I was given helpful answers about the life in Bangkok and the company culture.

First, I applied by summiting my cover letter and CV to the email.
Second, if your Cv and cover letter are ok, they will contact you via email, asking for a skype interview.
Third, if you pass the skype interview, you will receive a report, and you need to prepare 10 slides.
After that, if your slides are good, you will get an offer
