The first round interview consisted of a simple meet and greet in which I met Jamiesh, and we chatted a lot about my previous work experience and what I was hoping for in the future. Jamiesh was very easy to talk to, and I was so impressed with how well dressed he was!
The second round interview was an observation day in which I went out with some of the team to the marketing channel and observed what they did on a daily basis at entry level, and I was assigned tasks to do throughout the day. I was explained at the beginning of the day in depth what they did and why they did, they did an excellent job explaining it, and it all made a lot of sense. I really enjoyed this interview process as it really does give you a better understanding of the job, and the tasks were a lot of fun and I was able to get to know the team a lot better which was awesome. I'm a pretty outgoing person, so it was a fun experience considering it was an interview!
The second part of the interview consisted of the business breakdown which I highly recommend sticking around for! It's definitely the best part of the day! The business breakdown is what got me excited about the position.
After the business breakdown, I carried on with tasks, and was told that these tasks would determine if I got the final round interview with Jamiesh.
When we got back to the office, I was lucky enough to get the final round interview with Jamiesh. Jamiesh asked me a few more questions, but said that based on how the observation day went, and the recommendation that was built up for me, I we offered the position on the spot.
