The interview process for this company is an actual, literal and fundamental joke. There is an initial interview and then you are invited back for an assessment day, which is you sitting and watching these people as they try and heckle people in the street to sign up for whatever particular product, or charity - which they are *literally* exploiting for money - they are advertising that day. After a little bit of research, it is clear that the company constantly changes its name, in an effort for rid themselves of the negative feedback and seem like a new, emerging company that you just have to get on board with. I interviewed with them when they were called Nxt Wave, and I'll leave the review there too. This is clearly the same company, however, as it consists of the same employees. This is a scam - a pyramid scheme of sorts. If you get contacted for an exciting marketing opportunity in Liverpool and have to go to Castle Street, it's them - do not go and waste your time, report them for clear false advertisement and their shady business strategies. I left the interview process before offers or contracts could be discussed, so I'm unsure of pay scale etc., but it is not the £20,000 listed on the website.
