The initial interview was rescheduled four times with the recruiter, who was the reason for three of them. He ignored all emails attempting to contact him to confirm the rescheduling, even rescheduling just two hours before one of the interview times. I finally got to interview, and it was pretty standard. The recruiter was nice, but could not answer any job-specific questions despite admitting he had been sent the SOP for the position. He could not even answer what inventory system they were using. Then, I was sent an Excel and basic math test. The test is allotted 2 hours per portion, and the Excel portion will take all the time. I completed them and was quickly asked to come for an in-person interview. I replied to the recruiter with my availability, but he rejected it and asked for my availability the following week. He then failed to respond to me for nearly two weeks, ignoring both of my follow-up emails. Today, I got a generalized email rejecting my application, and still no response from the recruiter. I'm disappointed because this sounded like a great job, and I was excited to learn more about it. It seems this is a pattern, given the other reviews. I agree with a previous review that the test portion should be compensated for since it takes considerable time and effort.
