Applied online, had a phone interview and invited for an onsite interview with HR representative and a PE. Overall they wanted to pay as a entry level (as of title says), but expecting a senior level experience from the candidate. The company has several departments but no collaboration between them, as they told. The interviewer was from another department which is completely different than the advertised job, so you have no clue what they really looking from you.
