From application submission to final decision took about 5 weeks. 2 interviews, one HR discussion on compensation package, and one writing assignment. Finding the time to do the writing assignment was the hardest part, since I'm employed now. HR and interviewing employees were very kind and knowledgeable. Very communicative throughout the whole process.
