The Hiring manager (one of the team principals) contacted our program directly. Set up the interview by directly emailing my resume to him and also writing a bit about why I am interested in working as a Bond trader. The interview went smoothly , and it was mostly behavioral. The interviewing process was relaxed and the team were extremely nice.
