Interview
1. an excel test send by email that includes testing how to use excel built in functions
2. after that, they will invite you to take a phone interview after a few days
3. after a week, you will invite you to take a face to face interview

phone interview: some basic financial question about CAPM model, confidence. questions about your background.
face to face interview: two managers, and talking about what you think about the job, finally do another excel test which is used to identify you did the first excel test by yourself.
