The interview was more of a conversation than the traditional question after question format. This lead to a more relaxed interview process where I was able to make more connections with the interviewer and therefore felt this company had a very human side to it.

Very first question they asked me was “Are you nice?” which I think is a very important question to lead off with for this position even if it was not traditional.
