I went in open minded thinking that all the previous reviews had to be outdated or false. I couldn't have been more wrong. Believe every single review you read on this site. I'm not going to rehash every review, but word for word... what was said before was exactly what I experienced. 1. Interviewers showed up late 2. Interviewers rude 3. CEO rude 4. Office has a very creepy vibe The CEO demonstrated some horrible traits. "This is my policy.... I am going give you my email address. You have 24hrs email what you want to be paid.... If I feel you are worth being paid that number I will call you in for a second interview, and I do not counter offer your salary" I have never seen such an unprofessional practice in my life. When I asked about this strange practice his answer was: "who am I to determine what your monetary value is?" As others have said, avoid this company, I don't care if your going to be homeless, take a job at Mcdonalds you'll be treated with more respect than this company is willing to give.
