telephonic interview that was not well conducted, but the overall questions were fine and not challenging. The interview was telephonic, and the questions we mostly related to the post and the reasons for applying and the contribution you would bring to the organisation
It was an easy interview process. Had a three stage interview process. Two with the AI recruiter and the third with the manager. The Ai recruiter is the best it transcribes what you say and you can edit your answers before successfully submitting the interview to be reviewed by a human recruiter
