They like to interview with two or more people at a time which has a psychological meaning behind it but I would much rather it one-on-one so I could really express myself and my qualifications for the position. There were a lot of marketing focused questions that involved some background knowledge like what channels you would use and why.

The waiting room was very packed. The actual interview was with two other candidates with one interviewer in the same room. Very quick and fast paced. Overall, friendly and energetic environment. 2nd interview was with another employee who explained the process and work expectations while walking around the city. You and someone else with him and another brief interview afterwards

Interview
There were two rounds of interviews, first was a group interview in a cafe with four or five other candidates. The second interview was an HR interviewing me with another candidate with some behavioral questions and talks bout details of the job.
