30 minute sit down interview with the manager (FANTASTIC PERSON). Went down a question list and wrote down answers relevant to the topic, if we weren’t going off topic at the moment. The manager is a great person to talk to and made the environment seem super welcoming
The interview was one on one with the Store Manager. It is an easy conversation getting to know you and your work history. They also want to know how you would fare in retail so there are several specific questions about that.

I applied via Indeed and received a response within the week. The interview was fairly casual, and therefore wiped away any nerves I had. With prior retail experience the questions were straight forward and easy to answer, they emphasized the teamwork aspect of their work culture. Received the offer in the office after finishing the interview.
