Submitted my application online. They contacted me the day after and scheduled an interview for the next day. If you can't make it, they will give you a chance to reschedule. The initial phase interview consists of exam and HR interview. Afterwards they'll contact you if you will proceed to the next step or not.

Very long interview process. Needed to attend at least 5 interviews plus an IQ test of some sort. A bit disorganized as I had to wait for some interviews to start.

Interview
- Filled applicant form which includes an essay about general interview questions.
- Online assessment which includes personality test, english, math, and series sequence. It is timed for 60 minutes.
- Asked to be back after lunch for the initial interview.
- Interviewer called my name and asked things about your resume and what you’ve written down on the essay part. Interviewer told me that they will notify me at the end of the day or tomorrow. I received a message with regrets, despite knowing I aced it. I think it has something to do with the company’s needs.
