Relaxed and conversational, but be ready to engage outside of the cookie-cutter Q & A you're used to. The goal is not only to understand whether you're a fit for the role but also if you're a fit for Alyce.
Fair, transparent and not drawn out. Interview schedule was planned efficiently and will be expedited if the right fit. Need to speak to specific deal examples with a good story and numbers to support.

Interview
Met with the Sales Manager Nick. The Zoom call was straight forward. I was referred internally but after the interview I havent heard back and even sent a follow up email. Had to have my referral follow up and was told they didn't want to move forward. At least they can do is communicate things a-little better
