Interview
Got interview through recruitment agency. Met with two very pleasant senior team members, who walked me through the role and described background to what they do.
One mathematical ability question, solved with hints from interviewers.
Questions on programming ability and knowledge of basic actuarial methods.
I went through 5 interviews with them (1 HR screen, 1 interview with hiring manager, and 3 interviews with members of the team). Overall the interview process was standard, however I never heard back from them. After going through so many interviews you think they would have the decency to send me a rejection email at least but no. I even followed up after 2 weeks of not hearing back and got no response. Absolutely unprofessional and probably an indication of a bad work culture.

interview with HR, who is very nice and explain the position in more details. She basically asked all about general interview questions like why apply this position and what do you know about the company.
