Applied Online I was asked via email to take a "quick" assessment The assessment was over 60 minutes, running through it quickly patterns, math questions - it was a 60 min. IQ exam, had zero to do with the role, experience, or organization After spending 60 minutes to "earn" a screening call with a recruiter I heard absolutely nothing back. I dont understand how companies get away with this. I wouldn't even have completed the IQ test if I didnt need a job, because I think its a ridiculous ask to begin with. Who knows what the 'butterflies in a pattern' my test results said about me that for over an hour of my time applying and testing I didn't even deserve a screening call. I dodged a bullet obviously.
