Interview
Very simple interview. Was taken a suite and asked the basic guest services questions and the recruiter liked me so he and I just starting talking hockey and about the arena. The interview itself lasted about 5 minutes. Just be positive and let them know your main focus is providing outstanding customer service to the guest.
