Amazing Listers interview questions

They send you a project to work on remotely, and then, I suppose, if it's decent they ask you to come in for an interview. They basically critiqued my work and asked to see my portfolio. They gave positive feedback and asked me to do another project. Shortly after I sent that in, They had me come in for a full work day 10- 6pm and it was the absolutely worst. Their office is messy. Boxes everywhere, cramped space, as if they just moved to the building. (But they didn't) No guidance or instruction was provided and at the end of the day they said they would pay me via paypal and never did. Save yourself your time, and don't bother wasting it on these people. They use you and make you work for free.
