Before you schedule an interview, there are a couple of online assessments. One has to do with reading complicated forms accurately. The other is more of a personality thing. The interview takes place at the company office and is given by the HR director. He interviewed us in groups of three for a half hour or so. Questions seemed standard: how you deal with stress, where you see yourself in five years, etc. Everything seemed pretty ordinary. Nothing felt off.
