We never like to keep candidates waiting when they come all the way to meet us, we are looking at our interview process and making changes to help us run a much quicker and smoother process, so thank you for pointing this out and helping us to improve. As for the second round interview, we spend a longer day with candidates because we want to give them the chance to have all of their questions answered and given a real insight into the opportunities we have available here at our firm. You can leave at any time and the choice is yours if you do not want to sign and agree to shadow a representative on a voluntary basis, we do our best to make this clear in the paperwork candidates sign personally.
