The interview process was far too long and time consuming -- it was a massive waste of time. They were interviewing people with such a large range of experiences (entry level to 15+ years) for the same position which is odd and unfair.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ambri (Marlborough, MA) in Apr 2023
Interview
The process took about 2-3 weeks. Phone screening with recruiter, proceeded by an interview with hiring group, and then an on-site interview that took 4 hours (half a day if you take time off). I would have liked that the company respect the time of the interviewees after this process, I didn't hear back in over 2 weeks and emailed back for feedback but didn't get anything concrete. For the onsite - they asked for presentation on past work, but they originally tried to give two days to do so. Folks have to balance current jobs and other priorities and expecting a high-quality presentation in 2 days in addition to taking the day-off to interview can be frustrating.
