The interview process is very direct and, honestly, a breath of fresh air given the current state of the industry. I guess the best way to describe it is that it's "bs-less".
There isn't any leetcode, as the interviews are much more focused on your experience and personality, and whether you can do the job or not. It's a very open ended process, and I didn't feel at any time that I was supposed to be ticking checkboxes and just spewing keywords. We'd discuss back and forth some implementation details and things you'd expect to do on the day to day routine.
For better or for worse, the "bs-less" also applies to offer negotiation. It seems that the offer they make you, is the one that you get and that's it. But, the response was also very fast.
Overall, I wish more companies would follow this approach. They don't treat your time and effort as disposable, and seem to always send feedback, whether you got the job or not.
