Mechanical, there was no trying to get to know me or how i would fit into company culture never even talked about what's good about working for Amdaris I was essentially reading out my CV for 45 minutes.

Smooth, professional and well structured. The Recruitment Team is performing very well, they understand job description and are capable to translate that no matter what the position is. From the first interaction to the offer stage, recruitment is absolutely impeccable.

Interview
Straight forward process. Met with one of the Directors, talked through plans for the future. Gave a presentation on what my take on the sales strategy would look like. Really positive feedback the next day then radio silence for 4 weeks after the final interview and still nothing!! Kind of glad they didn't get back to me as if they can't make a basic commercial decision like that, then it speaks volumes about the business.....
