Recruitment based in New York so activity in European afternoons and evenings allowed a faster turn around.
Process was -
A conversation about role and initial screening.
Set technical questions asked by HR.
Face to face interview - No set standard, no documented record of this. No real technical questions.
Check on references.
Finally a brief call with the global head of HR to receive the job offer.
As part of enrolment process there is also a need for any education certificates to be copied.

Questions in English were raised by non English speakers and often did not make any sense. The interview process included a discussion as to what the question meant before it could be answered.

2-3 sessions including a phone screen. Difficult technical questions. They give you people with strong personalities to really dig into what you know. It is tough to win them over.
