20 min interview about your goals and discussion of salary expectation. Discussed compensation structure. I was offered water which is nice. They also validated parking. The office location is very professional looking with a great entry way.
Interviewer was very easy going and friendly.
The entire thing lasted roughly 30 minutes.
No hidden agenda. Also very informative as to office dynamics and ownership structure. Made me feel welcome.
