It was supposed to be a 4 round interview, and I made it to the third round which was a paid half day working interview. I don’t think they know what they want for this role because tbh the manager doesn’t seem as knowledgeable. Also, the manager admitted that the task was AI generated which already put a bad taste in my mouth because they had ample time to prepare a better assignment for me. Additionally, though it was a half a day I felt rushed throughout. They definitely need a reset for their interview process. My final email from the TA rep was also riddled with typos telling me I didn’t get the role, only after I followed up a few weeks later.
