As the interview progresses, the interviewer takes the time to answer questions thoroughly. Finally, they provided specific feedback on your application and explain the next steps clearly, including when to expect an update. After the interview, I left feeling informed about both the company and the position, and with a sense of the company’s honesty and openness.
