Question 1
How would you handle someone who wasn't pulling their weight in a project?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at American Electric Power (Columbus, OH) in Apr 2023
Interview
The process involved two interviews, first was a panel style interview with 4 people, team members and leadership. This was like a traditional interview with questions asked for an answer in the STAR format, and time at the end for your own questions. The second was a meet and greet style interview involving many different team members. This was a much more casual style interview and did not feel stressful in whatever way possible. Time between hearing back from interviews was around 2 weeks.
