I didn't even complete my application with them because it had so many red flags. They required references and their contact info IN the application (which is unheard of these days). The job description highlighted 'work-life balance' and 'Normal 8 AM – 5 PM work schedule' as reasons to work there, but when filling out the application, they require you to SIGN an agreement to working on Saturdays (without any mention of receiving alternate days off) copied here-- "Saturday Work: I understand that this position may require that I work on Saturday, which may include every Saturday. I agree that I can and will work every Saturday that I am assigned to work, regardless of whether other staff work on Saturday or not and whether or not my initial schedule includes Saturday hours." Yuck.
