Found Job Posting on CRAIGSLIST. Sent in cover letter & resume. Followed up a couple of times.
And set up a phone interview. I was told that I would be contacted the next following week. Only to get
"We have filled the position, but will keep your resume on file. We are growing and will have customer service positions opening up periodically."

Question 1
The interview question was basically "tell me little about yourself." The interview was 15 minutes.
I was asked what my previous employer paid me and I told the interviewer. But, I also told him that I was looking for the range of $18-$20 p/h because that was the median wage according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics - Occupational Employment Survey for Customer Service Representative in the SF Bay Area Region and my experience in the Apparel industry. His range was $13-$16 budgeted. I told him I was negotiable. I wonder If I was not considered because of the BLS wage/salary trend range..
HR sent email to fill in an assessments. It took 3 days to complete. After that, interview was scheduled following US timezones. The interview process was with HR first and it was not difficult
