General sales questions focused quite heavily on hours and flexibility. Previous experience and skills were talked about and how they align with those of the company. As it was Christmas time when I applied, the interview centred around flexibility and hours.

A 30 minute interview at a local golf club - it seemed quite informal but the interviewer was professional and clearly wanted to find the best candidate. Details of the role were provided, and relevant experience discussed. We then spoke about golf for 10 minutes.
