Very lengthy, I applied in June, but the process was put on hold. I am managing multiple job offers. They interviewed me months later. The first interview went really well, the second interview did not work out because there was a miscommunication on time zones. They rejected me on the spot. This happens all the time. Sounds like they never planned on hiring me in the first place. This is just a small non-profit with no tech stack whatsoever. I am very certain that I dodged a bullet here. The company is predominantly female, so being a white male was probably a no-go for them anyway. This was likely a blessing in disguise. I am definitely black listing them in the future, and I am sure they will be doing the same with me. The salary range was rather low $110k to $130k. I already had a job lined up before this so it wasn't a complete loss as much as it was an insult. Stay away from perfectionist firms that rely on a given political party to stay relevant.
